We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, block, or remove prompts, uploads, outputs, or access to features where necessary to support legal compliance, platform safety, and policy enforcement.

Attempts to create illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content may result in rejected generations, suspension, termination, or other appropriate action.

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or violation of applicable regulations.
• Creating harmful deepfakes, impersonation content, or deceptive media.
• Violating intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Generating abusive, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access, or error-free performance.
